*PETS*
We allow up to a maximum of two dogs, ONLY small/medium breeds allowed and they must be well behaved and have responsible owners.
Remember that if you take any other kind of holiday and it can cost you a small fortune paying others to look after your pets while you’re away and I believe that after all, why should you have to leave them behind when they’re part of the family?
There is a small additional charge of just £25 per pet(at the time of booking), per week or per short break. If you are taking your pet on holiday, you must respect these few simple, common sense requests:
• Please keep your pets off all of the furniture.
• Please remove pet hairs from carpets before you leave.
• Please don’t leave your pets unattended in the property or garden.
• Please do not allow pets into any of the bedrooms.
• You will be liable for all costs to repair any damage caused by your pet.

*CHECK IN AND OUT TIMES* You can arrive at your property on the start date of your holiday rental at any time after 3.00pm on Fridays and the same for short weekend breaks. You must leave by 10.00am on the last day of your holiday. If your arrival will be delayed beyond 8.00pm on the start date of your holiday you must advise us so that alternative arangements can be made. We may be able to change arrival and departure days subject to availabilty, please contact me by telephone or email to discuss your requirements and obtain prices.

*BEFORE YOU START YOUR BOOKING* Make sure that you have the following information to hand and that you have read and understood the 'Booking Terms' together with the other important holiday information:

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT THE BOOKING IS MADE BY A GROUP LEADER AND THIS PERSON IS 18 YEARS OLD OR OLDER AND IS FULLY AWARE OF THE RESPONSIBILITY THAT THEY HAVE UNDERTOOK. (SEE TERMS)

  • The group leader has checked the availability of the accommodation.
  • The group leader has a suitable method of payment available.
  • The Group leader is fully aware of the number of adults, children and infants travelling in your party.

    A daily room cleaning service is available-price list on request-Tuesday to Friday - May to September.

  • £300 to £ 500 = £200
  • £501 to £650 = £300
  • £651 to £850 = £375
  • £ 851 to £1050 = £450
  • £1051 to £1499 = £500
  • £1500 upward = £600
    • Payment for the full amount of the holiday must be paid by 10 weeks before the start date of the holiday.
