1. Introduction to the Accommodation

WELCOME AND THANK YOU FOR VIEWING THIS WEB SITE
The Wishing Well Holiday 4 star Accommodation has five double bedrooms for a maximum of 10 people is close to the local amenities, beach and in the heart of the old village of Happisburgh.

This Property has been given a 4 star rating by Quality in Tourism the assessment service provided for Visit England.

The property, recently built in a traditional Norfolk style and offering a high standard of accommodation which includes a real wood burning fire.

The paved area to front of the Wishing Well Holiday Home has off road parking for 4 cars with additional on street parking outside the property.

Happisburgh is a quaint tranquil village and suitable for a group of clients to enjoy the simple country astmosphere by the sea.

My aim is to provide a holiday accommodation that is so good you will recommend it to your best friends and family for their holiday or short break.

The Wishing Well is on 'The Street' in the conservation area of Happisburgh in the heart of beautiful Nelsons Norfolk and on the coastal edge of in the Norfolk Broads.

The view from the accommodation to the north (as seen below)and tucked behind the trees is found the impressive Happisburgh church set overlooking the village, sea and miles of open countryside.
Next to the church is a traditional Norfolk pub called the 'Hill House' with a claim to fame in having been visited by Conan Doyle. The pub is entered in the Camra beer guide and serves a good selection of real ales. The local area is blessed with many other public houses and restaurants to explore, which offer a good selection of choice to all.

On the other side of the church is the well maintained local sports field with a bowling green (visitors welcome).

On the south edge of the village is the now famous Happisburgh lighthouse having had many TV appearances including challange Anica and BBC breakfast show and is now owned by a trust which has open days throught the year.

Happisburgh has a wet fish shop selling local caught produce, a R.N.L.I. shop and for those who enjoy walking the North Norfolk, Coastal Path is just 200 yards away from this accommodation and many other public footpaths leading from the village into the fantastic surrounding rural countryside.

This property has five double bedrooms sleeping ten (+ baby cot)and three bathrooms including two showers and a corner bath

Open plan living room - Kitchen - Dining area on the first floor.

Two double Bedrooms on the first floor.

1st floor Marble shower/Bath room.

Ground floor Games Room linked to a covered patio leading to the garden.

Master bedroom with a king size bed on the ground floor includes additional facilities.

The ground floor family suite comprises of two bedrooms linked by a kitchenette with each bedroom having the choice of a King size double bed or two twin 2'6" beds per room
Bedroom 1 has an ensuite bathroom
Bedroom 2 has the kitchenette and shares the ground floor bathroom.

Two patio areas to enjoy and relax outside on.

Safety issues have been given a high priority therefore fully inegrated fire alarm system and fire escape windows have been fitted together with Co2 and LPG alarms installed.

IMPORTANT NOTE
THERE IS A ORNAMENTAL POND IN THE REAR GARDEN WHICH IS SURROUNDED WITH METAL RAILINGS BUT CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED WHEN USING THIS AREA.
