4. Family Suite/Two Double bedrooms -G/F

On the ground floor there is the option of a linked family suite which comprises of two good-sized double bedrooms linked by a kitchenette
Bedroom 1 (see picture to left)is accessed via a lockable door from the ground floor main hall and has an Ensuite shower room (see below top left picture).
Bedroom 2(see bottom left picture)is linked by a kitchenette to bedroom 1 but this door can be locked to form two seperate areas if required, (see below top right picture)as this room has two other access doors one external to patio 2 and the other to the games room and ground floor bathroom.
This gives two useful options.

Linked Kitchenette area

The family suite has been fitted with extra items, which may be of help in the situation where a little independence from the main holiday party is required. The linked Kitchenette (See top right) has a sink, two hot plates, fridge with a freezer compartment, electric kettle and storage cupboards.
A table and chairs have been included in family suite in addition to the two wardrobes, two dressing tables and both bedrooms have a DVD-TV which has freeview (see bottom right picture).
